Also known as melaleuca alternifolia, a tree native to New South Wales in Australia and a very important medicine amongst Aboriginal tribes. HOW DO I BEST USE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR MENTAL & SPIRITUAL CLARITY?
There are 3 fantastic ways to use essential oils.
Application – Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil onto skin. To minimise skin sensitivity, mix a few drops with a suitable carrier oil such as coconut or almond oil.
Ingestion – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 250mL water or your super smoothie. (approved oils only) *Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense & Peppermint essence by Isagenix oils. Eucalyptus & Tea Tree oils are not safe for ingestion.
Diffuse – Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to a cool mist diffuser. Sit back and relax.
