How do I best use essential oils for mental & spiritual clarity?
There are 3 fantastic ways to use essential oils.
- Application – Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil onto skin. To minimise skin sensitivity, mix a few drops with a suitable carrier oil such as coconut or almond oil.
- Ingestion – Add 1 drop of essential oil to 250mL water or your super smoothie. (approved oils only) *Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense & Peppermint essence by Isagenix oils. Eucalyptus & Tea Tree oils are not safe for ingestion.
